Charlie McCallum Scholarships
Congratulations to MSC students, Bill Huts and Xanthe Wade on their successful Charlie McCallum Scholarships applications. This opportunity is open to Year 11 students across the Wellington Shire to trek the Kokoda Trail.
Applicants are required to write a short essay on what Kokoda means to Australia/A Gippsland connection to the Kokoda Trail, students then participate in an interview with an independent panel of veterans.
We wish them every success as they prepare for this amazing experience.
Xanthe and Bill are pictured here with Principal Jennifer Roep, Assistant Principal Elise Westphalen and Scholarship founder and army veteran Craig Guthrie.
